Power Surge is a high-intensity, advanced class designed to challenge both strength and flexibility. This class is recommended only for clients who have consistently practiced in Dynamic Strength and feel confident and capable in that level.
Movements are more complex and demand strong stability, balance, and control. While options to adjust weight and resistance are always available, we recommend speaking with our team before booking to ensure this class is the right fit for you.
